Must be installed by spraying adhesive side with soap water solution, do not apply dry. Completely street legal. Sold as a pair of overlays. Shown below in "Transparent Ruby Red" and "Transparent Dark Smoke." To install: Clean the installation area well. Spray the adhesive side of the vinyl and installation area with our E Z Application spray. This allows you to position the overlay
